NYC and LA have taken steps to reduce violence, what has Chicago done?

 

To me the issue I found is  that city is actually quite racist towards blacks passively overall. 

the city administration can only work within the framework the government dictates and for most of the time that ment less and less money for social systems including education (> no future + fck the poor) and "war on drugs" (primarily in poor districts)

that said the last democrat mayor of chicago was a total fuck up aswell from what I heard
