I think that you may be vastly overstating the size of the problem. It really isn't anywhere close to being a major hazard in awestern country.

 

Governments aren't investing large amounts on terrorism because these ressources can be used in many other places much more effectively.

I am bit sick and tired of people like you who want to make Terrorm just the price of living in society.
