It's the foreword from a manga titled Bokura no Kiseki. It's really interesting so far. It's about a boy that got picked on because he believed he was the reincarnation of a princess named Veronica, seemingly from a fantasy-type world. He had all these memories of her, including her death as her castle was attacked and destroyed. In middle school, he found out he could use some of Veronica's magic.
