I have been having those issues every single time i try to get into a match. Player or ranked.......it is annoying 

I was having great success with tournaments. Update a list, find a  lobby with a good connection and at least 50 % full and try and get in those. They work great. Well I say that, it's still up to the host to start it and if the host loses and quits the entire thing stops. i Went into 2, got disconnected from one but came second in the other.
