Still not the same.
It's as if you see someone holding a phone and you immediately think of sound tools and you're freaked out. Or if every time you see a man, you picture him sticking a rod into his penis. He's not sticking a rod in front of you! For all you know, he's not into stick rods anywhere (some gay guys aren't even into anal). Yet certain people (homophobes, but not the harmful kind) can only think of gay sex when they see two men holding hands.
