Yea but the ones that are being released outside are just westernized for the most part. There are soo many really good ones that never get an uncensored release cause the Japanese don't think the west would be into it (or some other reason). Case and point, the one I just recommended T_T

It is live action cause yuri PoV with hentai hasn't really been done very well. As VR starts to become a thing, we will be seeing yuri PoV become damnn worthy in the PC market thanks to the best hentai game developer: illusion (or second best, KISS) but 2d hentai is still quite hard to do cause the skill nessessary to draw PoV hentai art is craycray.
