You know you could've said it's not arousing instead of equating gay people to old or fat people, or basically "othering" us, that's where some of the offense is coming from. Gay people are not asking people to get aroused from them kissing or such, it's just the fact that there's still discussion about it on how gross people think it is that makes me not at ease. 

Well, there is nothing wrong with being fat, and nothing wrong with being old just like there is nothing wrong with being gay. So I dont see why that comparison would bother you.  And the only reason I mentioned that is because those are the things that gross me out, and I wanted to make the point that just because something instinctively gross you out doesnt mean you hate it.

Seems to me that you have an issue with the thread being created in the first place.  But I think it is a fair question from the OP.

Oh, and I'm bisexual btw.
