It's similar for me, I'm very much in favor of adult consenting couples doing what they want to do these days (I remember being quite homophobic in school, regularly abusing "homo" etc as a slur), yet when I encounter imagery of male homosexuality I still feel physical discomfort - not to the point of nausea though.
