Couldn't you have used Saints Row again for T?

Not sure about #4 (haven't played it yet) but I'm sure you could get a sex change at will in #3. IIRC there was even an achievement for it!

 

Oh yeah, 'Switch Hitter' I think it was called. I don't really count it, since the change happens while you're in the not-Matrix. (It does last outside the not-Matrix, but that seems like the devs didn't really put much thought into it.
