It'd be a very hard transition for me, but I think that with enough effort I could become a vegetarian. Now, a vegan, that's a different story. I don't know if I could live without ice cream!

They make vegan Ice Cream and it's delicious. Hell Ben & Jerry's has vegan line of pints now. 

Just like anything else in life, once you get into the routine it becomes second nature. People always ask me if I miss eating meat. It's been 12 years since I've tasted it so it's not something I ever think about.
