Well going by your time-frame I'd argue that sony have released the following "good" ip's in that time:

The Last of Us
Gravity Rush
DriveClub
Until Dawn
The Last Guardian
Tearaway

I'd guess you'd put Knack, Beyond Two Souls, Puppeteer and The Order 1886 in the less popular category.

I was thinking about new IPs on PS4, only new IPs from that list are Drive Club and Until Dawn, other are not new IPs or are not good games. Yes, The Last of Us is also new IP even its spiritual successor of ICO and Shadow Of Colossus. So, I was wrong, it isnt just Horizon Zero.
