So a person with no connections, doens't speak English and has no skills is doing the work at half the wage?  Sounds like the $20 per hour people were being overpaid for the work.

WTF?

Yea well if there is one thing you want if you eat steaks, burgers, etc is that the meat is properly cut and prepared.  If you don't cut the stomach and other organs out properly then the meat can become contaminated with bacteria.  We also run the lines twice as fast meat that will be shipped to EU.  I'd rather have a skilled butcher than someone that doesn't really care about the food product because they are barely paid shit (one reason why I avoid fast food and most restaurants is because the workers probably don't care much because they are barely paid).  Reading fast food nation pretty much opens the eyes of how shady the entire food industry is in USA.

As for the second quote.  I probably should have used Africans.  I don't use the phrase African Americans.  Some were born in Africa and some were born here in USA that work at my job.  I didn't really care to distinguish the two earlier this morning.

It sounds silly but I consider myself white and I would never expect someone to say European American or Caucasian.  Almost all blacks that I know don't care if you call them black.  I've never heard someone say to me would you please call me African American.  The only people that have ever said anything to me were white people trying to get me to use some "politically correct term".  Most blacks don't care if they are called African American or Black ( http://www.gallup.com/poll/28816/black-african-american.aspx )  If you want to consider me racist then so be it I don't give a fuck.  I won't change the way I speak especially if a race has no problem with the word being used to describe them.

I'll change it to Africans though so it makes more sense considering most black USA citizens were forced immigrants.

What's wrong with saying Black?  My parents were born in Mexico and it bothers the F out of me when people call me Mexican because I am not a national of Mexico and Mexican is a nationality and not a race or ethncity.  No problem with people that want to be called that, but I don't.  Why is it wrong to correctly say something and not use logical fallicy buzzwords.
