Regardless of his status, he made the right choice with the greatest positive impact on the lower classes. The elites hate him, they always have. If he was apart of their group think mindset this would have been nothing else than a rubber stamp. Same with TPP and other economic policies that would have hurt everyone below the investment income class out there. 

Sigh I don't know how to deal with you if you really think he's going to help the middle class against the elite, when he's part of the elite and his actions in the past do not indiciate at all that he'd all of a sudden make a 180.
