Yes, but remember that Donald Trump is part of the big elite. He has their interests in consideration, as he's one of them.

Regardless of his status, he made the right choice with the greatest positive impact on the lower classes. The elites hate him, they always have. If he was apart of their group think mindset this would have been nothing else than a rubber stamp. Same with TPP and other economic policies that would have hurt everyone below the investment income class out there.
