The worst President ever - hard to judge, as I don't know your Presidents from earlier than the XXth century. But in this period it's undeniably Carter. Nobody comes close to that clown.
Trump is wise here. USA is gearing up to fend off China challenging you for World dominance. You know, the biggest challenge USA has faced in its entire history (far greater than the Cold War or 2nd World War). You simply cannot afford luxurious bullshit like bleeding money for ecoterrorists or Obamacare. Face the music, see what's going on in the World and understand that it's not that Trump is bad, it's just that with your economy YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT. And being a businessman, he makes the right move without regrets. Respect that and be grateful for once, what he's doing is the reason you're gonna enjoy the wealthy life you're gonna live in the future.
