Both Steam and PSN have a bigger install base. and they both make more money that XBoxLive.
The worst part is that Microsoft is keeping most of their numbers hidden when it comes to the XBox division, this means that if they released this number its because they believed they were %100 correct.
This is not a lie, this is simply a whole team in the XBox division that doesn't know how to do their job, which pretty much describes this generation for MS.
