Actually he seems to be both saying it's the largest, while also saying they find ways to charge people extra money more than Steam and PSN. The first I wouldn't say is a lie, since they probably didn't know Sony's numbers. They were trying to find a way to boast about something involving Xbox, but yet again, Sony comes with their numbers to slap them down a peg.
The second one I would say is actually a bad thing.
