At the moment, it's not going to happen. The republican party controls the house and the senate. And you might think 'But surely they're as frustrated with him as the democrats!' and sure, a good few of them are, but it's worth the hassle for them, because Trump makes for a perfect puppet. Consider: He's egotistical, insecure, and not... super intelligent. That's a personality type that is very easy to manipulate; it's easy for the people around him to put their own ideas into his head and make him think they were his ideas.
So at the moment, he's pretty secure in his position. But a word you'll hear more and more in the coming months is "midterms". That's when this question will need to be asked again.
