This is a lie, they are basically around equal (within 10% or so of one another) (jaguar vs A57) if you have them running same mhz.

A57 @1020MHz (nitnendo switch cpu, always run this speed) x 4 cores. (from eurogamer)
vs
AMD Jaguard @1650MHZ (PS4) x 8
The PS4 has a stronger CPU.
