Those are PC specs, they don't translate to consoles. Since it is a port the developer can make the requirements as low as he wants. If Splatoon can run on Switch, so can Overwatch. It's not about specs, it's about commitment of the developer and publisher.
That said, extremely low specs as the Switch has makes commitment a lot harder.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
