Anyway, for people making fun of the Japanese market this week, go take a look at big markets like UK, Germany and France. It's normal to see the top selling game doing only 8k or so. 

Yeah, but that's normal for those countries. Japan however used to be a much more important market, it really has seen quite a decline over the last couple of decades!

People need to stop living in the past though and accept that Japan is now a market similar in size to the UK,  France and Germany.
