The problem for Xboxs is the developers has already choose the main console to create and test there games and that is the ps4, is the lead console and that is difficult to chance
we see them how lazy are when the ps4 pro rumors starting and we see it now that the differents is very little on both ps4, little more fps maybe faster loading etc.. but nothing special. Only the exclusives use the ps4 pro power.
Same with xboxs the forza looks amazing and the third party games wii boost the fps and loading times because the console is capable to do it like ps4 use the boost mode
