Red Dead Redemption 2 delayed so... is Zelda BOTW GOTY?

I think it's either Zelda or Super Mario Odyssey, assuming it lives up to potential. To take the most I mean. I think Horizon will get a few and so will Persona 5 and possibly some other games like Splatoon 2. But I don't see anything presently that can take on Zelda.
