That's what MS are counting on.

Except for 1 small problem.  Scorpio is a powerfull machine but not powerful enough to hit both 4k and 60 frames. And considering the Scorpio is advertised as a 4k machine than its main focus is running 4k not 60 frames.

Agree with you. 4k is the goal here. If a situation does arise where scorpio can do mutyplayer at 60fps while the x1 can only do 30fps, we wont even know about it. Devs will just say 30 was the goal all along or some ther pr. And gamers wont care.
