If you ignore GOW's story, traversal platforming, level design and awesome puzzle elements, then yes. NG is better than GOW in every way.... Saying that GOW is "just going around bashing stuff" is pretty ignorant.

Also, Ninja Gaiden Sigma was 60 FPS, NG and NG black were not. And I'm pretty sure GOW2 was 60 fps.

 

I haven't played Ninja Gaiden Sigma... but i can't see how it's story can be much worse then the crap story God of War has that seems to have been written by Kevin Sorbo.
