@ bolded: I don't really know how to respond to that part since I can't tell what you're trying to say lol.

Plus I never said it was political correctness, just that it's dumb as fuck that shit like this is even happening since it does just look like yet again more "someone complains to try to get something removed, person they complained to gives in, therefore making said person who complained feel accomplished to try it again with whatever they feel they wanna try to say they're 'offended' over" type of thing that seems to be happening a lot lately. I also wouldn't say that anyone should sound any sort of "alarm" over this, but it just sends a horrible message that looks like not even a name that someone was born with is safe anymore if someone finds a way to try to say they're offended by it.

It's a poem that reads as such

"First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—

Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me."

I agree with you that it is dumb to revoke this guy's vanity license plate. Where I disagree is about sending a bad message.

You can apparently be caught on tape braging about molesting women and still have sixty million people promote you to leader of the free world. "Offended snowflakes" are still down about ten million to nothing.

On the subject of sending bad messages, I think the bolded is a pretty abhorent message to send. Grabher is unfortunately a bit of colatteral damage from that message being sent. It sucks for him, but it's the government's property and ultimately not worth getting worked up over.
