Only if the delay actually pulls it off. I'm not one for giving props to delays when we know nothing of upcoming final state. We kept getting delays from MN9 and promise after promise, which in turn gave warning flags for everyone.
if the delay doesn't yield the results they promised, then the delay was for nothing.
