And Trump mentioned how he has a (legal) right to share info (which includes classified info) and then went on to complain about leakers in the same Tweet.
It's very very likely that it happened based on their response.
If it didn't happen they would specify that no classified info was shared at this point.
No one is acting as if they knew exactly what was said though. Just that classified info likely was shared.
For the record, I don't think this has much or anything to do with his supposed ties to Russia. It's seems more like Trump being careless.
I don't know who Putin is aiming this comment at, but it's probably not at people who do a bit of thinking.
