I'm no expert, but that certainly sounds plausible.

As others have pointed out, pregnancy does tend to accentuate a lot of traits that a lot of men find attractive.

Also, from an evolutionary point of view we would not have been so far if all people were disgusted by the look of a pregnant woman. It makes a lot of sense that some people are attracted by pregnancy. I am anyway ;) But I believe there are people attracted by any category you could think of. And that also makes sense to protect genetic diversity.
