He was a good man, and a good president.  Really going to miss him. 

I assumed that he meant the legalization of gay marriage (although Obama has absolutely nothing to do with it). I didn't understand what he meant by good portion of the country. 

I wrote "helped" purposefully, I didn't write "legalized". Although he socially legalized the marginal community, by passing laws since the first days of his office days that especifically targeted LGBTQ group.
