Capitalism as in an economic system wherin trade and industry are owned (mainly in our case) by private owners with the goal of gaining profit. Ownership over what one produces in capitalism is only true when you're self-employed, otherwise not. The only system wherin this was the case was the feudal economy and even then one had to pay taxes.

fair enough but i don't see where you are bringing abiding by rules and the state into it... you actually seem to be agreeing with me in this post
