it also comes with a standard monitor (~80-100$), gaming mouse (30-40$), keyboard (10-20$), and Xbox 360 controller (15$?). Can someone please tell me how much is this worth? Can it run all 2017 games on Ultra 60fps? (should run fine, maybe not ultra)

If your paying like 900$ or so, its probably a fair price.
