What's the most disturbing thing you've ever seen?

I try to avoid stuff that makes me squeamish. Mostly injuries, blood, death etc. So I guess I am probably pretty tame compared to some of these.

Internet: Prolapse, voyeur of pooping..., Man/ animals ran over

Real life: Nothing really. Maybe my cousin cracking his skull open.
