Did Obama pass laws extremely damaging to society, health, environment and economy? That's probably the reason why nobody felt an effect.

We do not feel anything yet because all of the plans of Trump are not in full effect yet. It will be more apparent in a few years. But that doesn't mean we should postpone the protests to when we can feel the impact of bad decisions that could have been prevented.

I mean, the massive banker bailouts under Obama (ie inflating currency by printing money out of thin air and aiding the "too big to fail banks"in an anti-capitalist move) probably won't have a great effect on the US economy, but no, other than that, I don't think he has. Nor has/will Trump.

The bailouts were a necessity because the financial system was broken to begin with thanks to decades of big business lobbying. He tried to prosecute the bankers responsible but was even hindered in that.

Under Trump those same bankers will be rewarded again for irresponsible behavior thanks to the systemic degradation of regulations. He cuts funding for regulators while giving tax breaks to the richest. That is not what will improve the economy or the already massive wage gap and billions of tax deficits. Add to that stupid decisions like increasing funding for expensive and useles coal jobs or spending billions on useless walls.

Trump is poison for the economy.
