I only nude patch for lore reasons. Or to make it feel more natural so to speak.
Take Witcher 3 for example. Looks super dumb having all these people sitting around and swimming in little towels around their waists.
But in same regards, I did not make Ciri naked, cause it made sense for her to be bandaged as she was injured.
In Skyrim I tried it, but then hated it cause there was then 100's of naked bodies on the floor after looting, lol. Though for any bathhouses, again, it annoys me if they are not naked.
I like my games to feel real, and thus add mods to do that. When playing a game there are times when being nude or not nude is jarring to the scene/atmosphere and thus I make adjustments.
