Well, there's been two leaked benchmarks for Vega that puts it between the GTX 1070 and the 1080, so there's very, very little chance of Vega being faster than a Titan Xp or 1080Ti.
Also, there will be two Vega models, one with 4GB and the other with 8GB of HBM2. Yes, I know that launching a Vega card with only 4GB makes little sense, but they'll so it.
