Can we all agree that tomatoes are disgusting?

I've never got the appeal of adding salad stuff or sauces to burgers. Don't you want to taste the meat?

Yes I want to taste the meat, but not only the meat.  That's like asking why I put bread on both sides of the burger.  Tomato, Bacon, barbeque sauce or ketchup, and onion rings.  Oh and french fries.  Hell I'm from Pittsburgh where we'll make primantis sandwiches with coleslaw and fried eggs on them (which are awesome).
