I haven't forgotten friend. Phil did a good job turning the Xbox brand around, but now he must turn up the aggressivness against increased competition.

Only so much he can do since he is on a limited budget.  However, I believe they're investing in the right things. Game development should be cheaper and easier for them in the future since they're buying the tools needed (Simplygon and Havok) and they combine windows and xbox with UWP.
