I think Scorpio is the answer here. They realized cloud computing for gaming is a stupid idea and that it's way better to just put actual hardware into your console.
At this point I'm wondering if Crackdown might be Scorpio exclusive. Not because of the cloud but because it would just run terribly on the OG.
