Honestly, 10 months with a company isn't actually very long. If it had been 2 years I'd say definitely keep it but if the new job improves your quality of life then take it. It seems they really want you there so they might appreciate you more and can give you a raise once you work there long enough.

No. This company is local (well only Ohio) and still growing. Its been around for maybe 15-25 years and is eating away a lot of the competition (including my current company). 

10 months isnt long, I agree. But in a field where the average employee lasts 2 months its not too bad XD 

Plus I think my boss is giving me hints that they may not need me or may fire me. Reasons being she texted me about 3 weeks ago asking if Id be interested in taking a position in a construction company (da fuq) and as of a week ago she was talking to me and suggested I try being an independent care giver... which felt very odd coming from your boss in a field where we compete directly with independent care givers

I guess that makes the decision easy then.
