I never got the appeal of these kinds of games. What happens when you're out? You have to wait until the next round, or do you get moved to a new match that's starting? I never got into counter strike as waiting for the next round is simply not fun.
I did enjoy Joint operations: Typhoon rising for a bit since you respawn after death. It wasn't that great though, rush for the helicopters etc with people taking off before they're full then crashing it half a minute later.
Eurogamer made an article about it. Not for me, but I see there's a market for it. It's basically hide and seek for grown ups, which was boring as well waiting for the next round to start after you've been found.
