Definitely PS4; most likely X1 and PC for the West. Switch is possible, and should be doable. But depends on whether they think the 'Souls' market exists on the platform or not.

Yeah, i guess they can get away with it since it's a 2018 release, or perhaps they're seeing what platforms are viable for the game.

 

I think by the very nature of the Switch being portable, at least in Japan those 'Souls' fans would flock to the system, seeing the popularity of portability. We will see though!
