Whites are well over 70% of the population the US. Theyre breeding just fine. Its everyone else that is lagging behind. There is a lot of population control because of capitalism. Other first world countries have this issue as well because capitalism causes most educated people to have children late rather than sooner.

exactly this. College and debt leads to people working more, working more leads to romancing less.

I have noticed only one trend with people who have kids and don't have kids. The people I know who have kids, live with their parents, or are very successful. Most of the people I know who don't have kids, live on their own. I mean, Over the past 4 years, I've spent somewhere near 60 thousand dollars on rent. If I had been living at my mom's, I could see where having a kid wouldn't be such an issue.
