My guesses
Nintendo is going in the direction of adopting the switch as their new standard of consoles. At the moment they're targeting their adult core fanbase. In 2018 they'll start to go after a younger audience.
Sony will continue to use exclusivity to make their console more attractive than Xb1 and PC. At the same time, the main risk I can see from their point of view, is that the Ps4 is doing almost too well and it may market saturation too early. If that happens they may not be able to release a substantial upgrade over the current Ps4 and they could risk to lose some marketshares. For this reason I belive in, the next couple of years they will put a lot of effort to push VR forward and be the first company to succed in that market.
As for MS honestly I can't tell atm.
