It wasn't until 2015 that thousands of Syrians fled the mass bombardments targeting civilians specifically.

I'll keep it short. 1st: yes people were fleeing from Syria long before 2015, mainly because religious fanatics aka ISIS where rapidly taking over the country and choping heads left and right. 2nd: you are a brain damaged moron if you believe that Russians targeted specifically civilians... why did ISIS shrank that much if all they cared about is killing civilians? something that US couldnt achieve in 3 years. Did you ever wonder how many civilians died in Mosul or Livia, maybe Irack or Kosovo? Shall I continue? Or do you get the point?
