If the PS4 only meets Sony's expectations, which I fully expect them to adjust up later, the PS4 will be at 78M by April 2018. Let's say it drops another 2M, that would put it at 94M by April 2019. Even if the PS4 drops another 4M because of a possible PS5 launch, it'll still be at 106M by April 2020.

See above. Wii is guaranteed, barring something big that effects the market. PS2, on the other hand, is a bit of a stretch.
