No it never did, wii alone has exclusives enough to double ps4's+ps3 list of exclusives and ps3 doesn't even stand a chance alone. if you want to go on with this list all the ps3 exclusives and i'll list all the wii exclusives, you can even use sequels, it just can't be on x360/pc or wii.

EDIT: i'll help you with this, wii : 332 Exclusives, ps3: 191 exclusives.

 Source: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wii-only_games

You mean 323. First of all, it's funny that you say "Wii alone" knowing full well that Wii is the only possible exception.
Secondly, I anticipated you would bring up Wii, so let me say two things about that.

1.) PS3 has 317 exclusives just counting disc based releases: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PlayStation_3_games_released_on_disc
So the margain is already very slim even not counting the digital only PS3 titles. And there are 811 download-only games for PS3. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_download-only_PlayStation_3_games
Safe to say there are at least 7 exclusives among them.

2.) But even if we pretend for a second that Wii had a numerical advantage here, what I didn't point out in my previous post, which should be obvious, is that every popular franchise majorly ignored Wii.

Even just when it comes to Japan. Here are some of the most popular franchises. All these games are on Playstation 3, but only the bolded ones are on Wii/as well.

Capcom: Resident Evil 5, Resident Evil 6, Resident Evil: Revelations, Resident Evil: Revelations 2, Tatsunoko vs Capcom, Marvel vs Capcom 3, Street Fighter 4, Super Street Fighter 4, Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition, Ultra Street Fighter 4, Devil May Cry 4.

Square Enix: Star Ocean 4, Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, Dragon Quest X (Online MMO), Final Fantasy IX (Online MMO).

Namco: Tekken 6, Tekken Tag 2, Tales of Symphonia 2, Tales of Vesperia, Tales of Graces, Tales of Xillia, Tales of Xillia 2, Tales of Zestiria.

SEGA: Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, Yakuza 5, Valkyria Chronicles.

KOEI: A ton of Dynasty games, including spinoffs like Warriors Gundam, One Piece Warriors, etc. Wii got 2 out of 20+ games available on PS3/X360.

Konami: Metal Gear Solid 4, Silent Hill: Homecoming, Castlevania: Judgement, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, Castlevania: Harmony of Despair.

And that's just Japanese games, and not counting older ports. Let's not even talk about western games.
Now while all of those aren't exclusive to PS3, a decent chunk of them are,  but the point is that if Wii got any games from the most popular franchises, it was the rare exception rather than the rule.
You can't be king of third party exclusives when you're rarely ever graced by entries from the biggest franchises.

Why counting those 3rd party games like it will coming to another platform ?

Game such as Yakuza, Tekken 6 and previous titles, MGS IV and previous titles, Star Ocean series except SO1 ...  are exclusive games for PS

Like you can talk about Monster Hunter Tri, Red Steel, the last story, Arc Rise Fantasia, Fragile Dreams ... are exclusive for Nintendo because it obviously will never come to another platform such as PC, Xbox or PS

Then again, I never thinking about purchase a Nintendo hardware for killer specs games but Jrpg and exclusive 1st party
