Switch. Main problem for Scorpio is exclusives. Most gamers would already have a PS4 and won't probably upgrade to Scorpio due to PS4's exclusive games. Hence they'll get a Switch to play those Nintendo exclusive games. I have all 3 consoles and won't upgrade my PS4 nor my XBOX One Elite unless they are broken or so.
