I imagine we can't really see the improvements without a proper screen.
I'm sure it'll be awesome for a lot of people, but I really feel we've been seeing increasingly diminishing returns over the last generation or two. Graphics are about as good right now as I have any need of them to be.
That said, I'm still getting the Scorpio... I have no 4k player yet despite the awesome 4k TV I got, and having never got an xbox1 it'll open up quite a few new titles to me going forward. It's basically the same thing as when I purchased the original PS3 for the new library and bluray capabilities.
