Is anyone surprised at this point? Who knew that the moochers weren't the poor but the Republicans all along.
But we shouldn't pretend that politics in the US could solve anything. The people are the problem. The people that don't vote, the people that think taxes are inherently bad, the people who treat politics as entertainment and don't care about policies at all.
Unless there is a complete paradigm shift in their thinking nothing will ever change.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
